Alex Zisser is an account executive with Google, partnering with enterprise organizations to promote organizational adoption of cloud based technologies to deliver significant and lasting business impact. Prior to Google, Zisser worked with Microsoft specializing in business applications, helping enterprises rethink how they engage their customers and deliver memorable experiences. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Master of Business Administration from Southeast. While at Southeast, he was a graduate assistant in the Center for Scholarship in Teaching and Learning. 

Matthew Modica is vice president and chief information security officer for BJC HealthCare and is responsible for the strategic direction, planning and implementation of enterprise IT systems, business operation and facility defenses to protect against security breaches and vulnerability issues. He has the responsibility for establishing, meeting and continuously monitoring the information security goals and objectives, while maintaining alignment with the strategic goals and priorities for BJC. Modica has a long tenured career in the Information Security field at multiple Fortune 1000 companies in the financial services, healthcare and data services industries. Modica holds a Bachelor of Science from Southeast Missouri State University and is currently attending Webster University’s MBA program. He is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). Modica is passionate about preparing the next generation to serve in CyberSecurity and STEM related roles. He serves on the St. Louis CISO board and CyberSecurity advisory committees for Southeast Missouri State University, Webster University, Washington University, SecureWorld St. Louis and the Evanta STL CXO Summit. Additionally, Modica sits on the Autism Speaks STL Golf Committee whose mission is to raise funds to support research and services for those on the Autism spectrum. 

Jennifer Sides is the human resources director and oversees the daily functions of the HR team. She develops the firm’s strategy for compensation, benefits, employee engagement, compliance and employee relations, among other initiatives. Since starting at Anders, Jennifer has been instrumental in building the firm’s presence on college campuses, from just one school to more than 10 today. Her role in campus recruitment has evolved to include recruitment strategy and maintaining relationships with faculty. To introduce students to the firm, Jennifer started the Discover Anders: A Day in the Life summer leadership program, and now oversees the planning and improvement of the program. Jennifer is actively engaged in employee development and retention, and she plays a large role in facilitating the professional growth of employees through Anders University and other development opportunities. 

Kimberly Woolf joined Nidec and leads the Commercial and Industrial Motors Business unit in all things finance related. In this role she is part of an International Leadership Team that is shaping the business to grow and improve profitability. Prior to Nidec she was a director of finance for Boeing and served in various roles for over 28 years. Her last few positions included Finance Director for Information Technology, CFO of the Training and Government Services Division, and CFO for Engineering, Operations, and Quality. In Boeing she not only moved into different roles, but also different locations including Florida, Texas, and Missouri. Kim has a BSBA from SEMO with emphasis in finance, and an MBA from Lindenwood University. 

Will Fruitt has been in the information technology industry for 10 years and is currently a cloud solution architect at Microsoft specializing in data and artificial intelligence. Will has previous experience in the Agriculture and Manufacturing industries where he led strategic initiatives involving hybrid and cloud technologies. He holds a Bachelor in Business Administration and Management from the University of Memphis where he graduated in 2011.   

Chad Lich has over 26 years of experience in information technology and is currently a Senior IoT technical specialist with Microsoft and has been with the company for six years leading global enterprises in their successful digital transformation. Prior to Microsoft, Chad worked with Build-A-Bear and Intelligrated (Honeywell Company) as a director of BI and development, leading teams and building software to take advantage of business opportunities. Chad holds a Bachelor in Information Management from Webster University, and graduated from Southeast Missouri State University Harrison College of Business and Computing with an MBA in the spring 2017. 

John Mather is a national industry partner for BKD National Commercial Services Group. John oversees a team of approximately 500 advisors who serve approximately 4,600 commercial entities. He serves clients in a variety of subindustries, including food and beverage manufacturing, consumer product manufacturing and distribution, professional services, industrial goods distribution, transportation, oil and gas. He provides a range of accounting, audit, tax and consulting services. His experience includes due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, feasibility studies, employee stock ownership plan implementation, debt financing and cost accounting system development. His knowledge of mergers, acquisitions and transaction services involving private equity and venture capital firms has allowed him to also work closely with the firmwide BKD Transaction Services team. John is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Missouri Society of CPAs, California Society of CPAs and Illinois CPA Society.  He also is an active member of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), where he has served on the board of NAM for the past ten years.  As a board member, he provides a national and global perspective on the effects of federal government action on manufacturers’ ability to grow and prosper, and assists with NAM’s policy development process. He also serves on the board of directors at the Regional Business Council, Greater St. Louis Inc.’s Chair’s Council and is active in United Way.  He was previously involved with the Center of Creative Arts, where he served on its board of directors, executive committee and was its treasurer. John is a 1991 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, Cape Girardeau, with a B.S. in accounting, and currently serves on the Southeast Missouri State University Corporate Advisory Board and their Harrison College of Business Advisory Board. 

Sarah Jo (Glueck) Kelley is the executive director of human resources and support services at Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital in Ste. Genevieve, Missouri. Sarah Jo has worked with the organization since 2007. She received her Bachelor of Science in human resources management and administration system management from Southeast Missouri State University in 2004. She also received her master’s degree in health administration from Webster University in 2014. 

Stan Crader was born and raised in Bollinger County Missouri.  Coming of age in rural Missouri provided him the material for many of the rich characters in his books. He credits the variety of jobs and the people he worked with for providing him his creative foundation. After graduating from high school he attended the University of Missouri, where he fully realized the uniqueness of his hometown. His professional life is that of a business executive. He’s president of a small family business that sells Stihl chainsaws and power tools. As a businessman he won a silver quill for business writing and once qualified as a finalist in Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year. He’s quick to credit his success as a businessperson to those with which he works. 

Robyn Walker’s professional world took a unique twist in 1987, when she studied abroad on the island of Malta. After completing her bachelor’s degree, Robyn moved to Tuscany, where she spent six months as an international intern. She returned to Malta to complete her graduate degree in education, and then began teaching at Malta’s Verdala International School.  Five years later, she relocated to Copenhagen, Denmark where she taught for the next 12 years, first at the International School and eventually at the bi-lingual Copenhagen Euro-School.  Robyn joined Cultural Exchange Network (Cenet), a U.S State Department authorized sponsor organization through the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, in 2005.  She has served as Cenet’s Executive Director since 2009. Robyn is almost fluent in Danish and frequently returns to Copenhagen, where she still maintains a home. 

Joseph Moynihan is president of Mondi Jackson and has 40 years of managerial experience with private equity, U.S. and European publicly traded industrial corporations and privately held businesses in the packaging products and chemical manufacturing businesses. Prior to joining Mondi, he served as CEO North America for the Clondalkin Group and vice president business development for Vulcan Material Company with P&L responsibility for operations in the US, China and central Europe. He has an MBA from the University of Richmond and a Bachelor of Science in chemistry and mathematics from James Madison University. 

Eric Levin graduated in 1984 Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a major in management and a minor in marketing. He subsequently earned a Master of Science from Central Michigan University.  Upon graduation from Southeast, Eric worked for Macy’s and then obtained a business position at the Boeing Company. After a 30 plus year career with The Boeing Company, Eric retired as the chief financial officer of the Phantom Works division of The Boeing Company. During his tenure in finance at Boeing, he oversaw divisions with annual sales of $3 – $5B. During his career he had the opportunity to travel extensively and relocated to Dayton Ohio where he provided onsite business support to the USAF at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Currently, Eric is a principal consultant and managing partner for Evolve Strategic Solutions - a company specializing in executive coaching and management consulting which provides strategic support to small and medium size businesses as well as nonprofit organizations. In addition, Eric serves on the University Foundation Board and is a member of the Corporate Advisory Board for the Harrison College of Business and Computing. 

Renee Clements has been an acting board member of the HCBC since 2019. Clements graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in both advertising and fashion merchandising. Upon graduation, Clements continued her career with the Nordstrom Company in the Northwest territory as a leader in management roles and continuing to drive increased volume. In 2015, Clements developed and created Magnolias Bridal Boutique, LLC. A unique concept to bridal gown shopping and an overall experience for brides to be. Located in the historic downtown district of Cape Girardeau, Missouri since January of 2016; Magnolias Bridal Boutique has operated as a brick and mortar for over five years and counting. Clements is actively involved with Old Town Cape.
