At Towers South, you’ll find a mix of new and returning Southeast students.
Towers South is an Upperclassman, single occupancy, community-style residence hall. Each floor is gender-specific and residents share a bathroom and shower room with private stalls. Towers’ community-style living offers a friendly environment that makes it easy to meet people, get involved, build friendships, and establish your Southeast family. New location for Pet Community, Floor 3 and 4, for residents interested in single-occupancy rooms (i.e., rooms without a roommate).
Each dorm room comes furnished with a bed, desk, chair, clothing storage as well as a sink for getting ready or washing dishes. Every floor has a lounge where you’ll find a TV, microwave, and comfortable furniture for hanging out with floormates as well as Resident Assistants (RA) throughout the building.

*A private room is a double room with the other side bought out so the student will not have a roommate. These are only granted through the lottery process held in January for returning students; then based upon availability within the residence halls through the room change process. N/A indicates that a private room is not an option for this building.
RHA Fee
$15 per semester
The RHA fee serves multiple purposes. $7.30 goes to fund all the activities of the Residence Hall Association (RHA) and the National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH). These student leadership organizations provide programming, conference attendance, and leadership development opportunities to our on-campus residents. $5.00 goes to support safety and security in the residence halls. These funds assist the Office of Residence Life in expanding keycard access to exterior doors of residence halls, installing cameras at residence hall entrances, and maintaining that equipment. $2.70 funds the programming provided by the Resident Assistants (RAs) in each of our residence halls. This money supports community development and educational programming provided throughout the residence halls during the year.
Technology Fee
$30 per semester
The technology fee is used to support the technology needs of each of the residence halls. This money supports the wireless and LAN networks in the student rooms, lounges, and throughout the residence halls. Funds are used to maintain and upgrade equipment, pay licensing or renewal fees, and maintain the software available to students within the residence halls.
