Your Philosophy of Teaching

I believe all children can learn and they are our future. As teachers, we are responsible to impart knowledge, encourage discovery, build positive relationships, and foster a love of learning. To meet these challenges, teachers must be lifelong learners to understand and meet student needs in our ever-changing world.

Why did you decide to teach?

I chose to enter the teaching profession to help children gain knowledge, increase their self-esteem and impact the future. I had a couple of teachers who took a real interest in me during difficult times in my life. I wanted to be the positive, caring person in the life of children. For children to learn, they must feel important.
