Instructor — Management
Yvonne Randolph is an Instructor in the Department of Management in the Donald L Harrison College of Business and Computing at Southeast Missouri State University. She completed her Master of Science and Mass Communications Degree at Arkansas State University. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications-Journalism from College of the Ozarks.
Professionally, Randolph has served in administrative roles in healthcare, gaming and higher education over the past 25 years, primarily in marketing and public relations. In addition to marketing, her higher education experience has also included Director of Academic Advising and Student Activities and Director of Admissions.
As an entrepreneur, Randolph has been a partner in a consulting firm specializing in patient satisfaction and leadership development for healthcare employees. She has also been a partner in an in-home care agency.
She currently teaches Principles of Management and Healthcare Marketing.
