Dr. Vanteddu has been serving as a faculty member of Quantitative Business Methods with the Harrison College of Business and Computing since 2009, currently serving at the rank of full professor. Dr. Vanteddu earned his doctoral degree in Industrial Engineering from Wayne State University in 2008. Dr. Vanteddu’s teaching and research interests are in the areas of Supply Chain Management, Applied Probability/Statistics, Optimization and Six Sigma Quality. Dr. Vanteddu has published in reputed journals such as the International Journal of Production Economics, International Journal of Production Research among others and he has also presented his research at several national/international conferences. Dr. Vanteddu has earned and currently maintains professional certifications as a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM, previously APICS), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), and Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certifications from the American Society for Quality (ASQ). Dr. Vanteddu was awarded the Copper Dome Faculty Fellowship in the area of Teaching Effectiveness in 2017.
