My research interests include burnout, social support, social-emotional learning, mindfulness, cultural humility, and promoting wellness.
In my free time, I enjoy cooking, running, traveling, and documenting our adventures.
My partner, Bob, teaches at Jackson High School, where he also coaches the speech team. We have three children (Avery, Eli, and Lily), and a bunch of pets.
